We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
All orders from the U.S. and other regions will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, with delivery in 7–10 business days, depending on customs clearance. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Exceptions due to regional or customs regulations will be communicated promptly, and you’ll have no obligation to proceed. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and a full refund issued.
For returns or exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 14 business days of receipt before mailing the item back. Failure to do so may result in request denial. Please include your order number and product name for faster processing.
We gladly honor requests if the following conditions are met:
- – Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with price tags intact and proof of purchase.
- – No resizing, bead additions, or removals.
- – No customization by us or third parties.
- – No alterations, repairs, or modifications by anyone other than Crystal Whispering.
Sizing Notes:
Our sizing is tailored to your online order. Calculations are based on your wrist measurement—please do not provide external bracelet dimensions.
– If your bracelet doesn’t fit, we offer free resizing at our studio. If visiting isn’t feasible, ship it to us via courier. Round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges:
Design changes within 14 days are permitted. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Crystal Whispering reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if policies are violated or items are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Products failing to meet criteria will not be returned to the sender.
